Pursuant to Section 286 of the Local Government Act, RSBC 2015 c-1,
the Capital Regional Hospital District (“CRHD”) hereby gives notice of its
intention to dispose of a 8.8 sq.m portion of its fee simple interest in
the following land located at 3690 Richmond Road, Saanich and legally
described as PID 004-081-684 Lot A, Section 39, Victoria District, Plan
16850 (the “Lands”), shown below in thick black outline, as dedicated road
for public utility and transportation purposes.
