Located in Central Saanich, Prosser Place is a 51-unit affordable housing building operated by the CRHC. It opened in May 2023 and includes 41 units for low to moderate income individuals, seniors, and families, including those with disabilities. Ten units have been rented at provincial income assistance rates under the Regional Housing First Program (RHFP). These provincial income assistance units were offered to individuals who have experienced homelessness and were ready to live independently. The rent for these units will be set at the provincial income assistance rate ($375 per month).

  • 31 1-bedroom units
  • 12 2-bedroom units
  • Underground parking
  • Designed and constructed to achieve BC Energy Step Code - Step 2
  • Close to Centennial Park and Saanichton Village
  • Public transportation adjacent to the property

The project budget was $18,900,000. Grant funding was approved for the Prosser Road project to ensure units can be rented at affordable rates based on income.
