Pursuant to Bylaw No. 3654, property owners or residents in the Port Renfrew Fire Service Area are invited to nominate themselves or another property owner, resident or other person who is prepared to represent the Local Service Area to stand on the commission for a 2-year term commencing as early as October 16, 2025. Total membership on the commission is 7, including the Electoral Area Director, 3 property owners and 3 residents or property owners, 1 representative of the Pacheedaht First Nation. Nominations are being accepted for the following vacancies:
- Resident, property owner or other person who is prepared to represent the Port Renfrew Fire Service Area
- Representative of the Pacheedaht First Nation
