Juan de Fuca Parks & Recreation

Juan de Fuca Community Parks are managed and operated by the Juan de Fuca Electoral Area Parks & Recreation Advisory Commission on behalf of the CRD for the benefit of the community.

Community parks are open from sunrise to sunset. Please note there are no fire or camping facilities in any of our community parks.

Many activities require a park use permit. The park use permit system is in place to control and manage special uses within parks and trails. This is in order to minimize the impact on the natural environment, park users, park operations and facilities.

To confirm park permit requirements, please contact 250.642.8103 or email jdfinfo@crd.bc.ca

Help Take Care of Our Parks

Community parks and trails are for everyone to enjoy now and in the future. Remember to respect private property next to parks and trails and leave no trace of your visit. Leave wildflowers and other natural treasures for others to enjoy.

Want more ways to take care of our parks? You can always be part of our multiple volunteer opportunities or donate a memorial bench or a picnic table in memory of a loved one.
