This ongoing program is in place for ultimate replacement of asbestos cement pipe in the Juan de Fuca Water Distribution System. Pipe replacement is prioritized based on risk of failure and other work in the region.

The 2024 replacement program includes:

  • Milburn Drive
  • Lagoon Road
  • Ocean Boulevard
  • Charters Road
  • Painter Road
  • Sooke Road
  • Belvista Place
