Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Capital Regional District (“CRD”) proposes to adopt Bylaw No. 4704, “Performing Arts Facilities Service Establishing Bylaw No. 1, 2025”. The proposed Performing Arts Facilities Service area applies to all those municipalities making up the Capital Regional District and the Southern Gulf Islands Electoral Area.
The CRD conducts its business within the Territories of many First Nations, all of whom have a long-standing relationship with the land and waters from time immemorial that continues to this day. Statement of Reconciliation
