This project is currently in the detailed design phase and will allow Main No. 1 to operate at a higher grade line to increase water supply and create redundancy in the system. This phase of the Main No. 1 Hydraulic Grade Line upgrade will include the installation of new pressure control stations as well as upgrades to existing pressure control stations throughout Langford, Colwood and View Royal.
