Potential delays between Hereward Road and Devonshire Road due to BC Hydro work.
BC Hydro has begun working adjacent to the E&N Regional Trail between Hereward Road and Devonshire Road.
The trail will remain open. But there is the possibility of partial closures with temporary intermittent delays between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. for BC Hydro construction and the movement of equipment.
During this time only the south lane of the E&N will be open to cyclist and pedestrian traffic. Users will need to dismount and proceed through the work zone as directed. Traffic control personnel will be onsite to direct traffic. See map for detail. [PDF/2.5MB]
Both lanes will be fully open outside of 9am-3pm. Work is expected to take up to 3 months to complete.
