    Island View Beach Regional Park (Central Saanich) 

    Discover how important marine algae is for you, me and the creatures that call them home! We’ll look for seaweed on the beach and learn about some common ones. 

    Meeting Place: The picnic shelter off Homathko Drive. 

    Trail Description: 800m walk on sandy and rocky beach with driftwood. Accessible washroom at parking lot.
