The Capital Regional District (CRD) Traffic Safety Commission is accepting applications for the Constable Sarah Beckett Memorial Scholarship of $2,000. This scholarship is presented annually to a post-secondary student who lives in the capital region and demonstrates academic achievement, financial need, community service and an expressed interest in pursuing a career in law enforcement.
