Capital Region Electoral Area communities now have evacuation guides to help residents and visitors prepare for emergency events.

The 2023 Salt Spring Island Local Community Commission Election is scheduled for Saturday, May 27, 2023. The Capital Regional District (CRD) will be conducting voting to elect four Commissioners to join Gary Holman, Salt Spring Island Electoral Area Director, to form the Local Community Commission (LCC).
