    The Capital Regional District (CRD) is making progress with upgrades to the Cedar Lane Water treatment plant. Before construction begins, local ratepayers will need to approve borrowing to secure additional funds for the project. 

    This open house is an opportunity to learn more about the project and understand how the upgrades will impact ratepayers. CRD staff will be present to answer questions, provide project details, and discuss next steps.
