    Matheson Lake Regional Park (Metchosin) 

    Enjoy a guided hike with a CRD Regional Parks naturalist while exploring the beauty of Matheson Lake. Bring a lunch and water, dress for the weather and wear sturdy footwear. 

    There is no fee for this program but you must pre-register as space is limited.

    Trail description: Approximately 3.7km; compact surface with narrow rocky sections and roots; steep inclines. Accessible washroom located down a steep incline from main parking lot on compact gravel trail.

    Please note: We like pets too. However, their presence can be disruptive for some folks. If you plan to attend one of our programs, please leave pets at home. Guide and service animals are, of course, welcome.
