East Sooke Regional Park (East Sooke)
From the top to the bottom, each layer of the forest offers food and shelter for a variety of wildlife. To learn more about this unique ecosystem, we invite you to follow along on this accessible self-guided walk.
Meeting place: Drop by anytime between 10am and 1pm. This walk begins at the fork in the trail halfway between the Aylard Farm parking lot and the picnic shelter, off Becher Bay Road.
Trail description: 800m along smooth gravel surface trail with some gradual incline. Accessible washrooms at two locations on the trail. Wheelchair and stroller friendly.
Please note: We like pets too. However, their presence can be disruptive for some folks. If you plan to attend one of our programs, please leave pets at home. Guide and service animals are, of course, welcome.
