Pursuant to Section 286 of the Local Government Act, RSBC 2015 c-1 (the “LGA”), the Capital Regional Hospital District (“CRHD”) hereby gives notice of its intention to extend the term of a grant of a leasehold interest held by the Provincial Rental Housing Corporation (“PRHC”) for the property located at 3690 Richmond Road, Saanich and legally described as PID 004-081-684 Lot A, Section 39, Victoria District, Plan 16850 (the “Lands”), shown below in a dashed line, marked “Lease Area”.
