Temporary Closure on the Galloping Goose Regional Trail in View Royal

The Galloping Goose Regional Trail will be closed between Island Highway and Atkins Road from October 26 to 30.

The closure is due to trestle and trail surface upgrades around the Six Mile Trestle. A 24-hour detour will be in place for all trail users. See the map for details. [PDF/1.6MB] 

Work is weather dependent, and dates may be adjusted slightly if conditions are unfavorable. This alert will be updated if dates are revised. 

Please follow posted signage, the direction of traffic control personnel on site, and be mindful around equipment and crews.
