Transmission Main No. 3 begins near Humpback Reservoir and terminates at the Mt. Tolmie Tank in Oak Bay. The section of Main No. 3 being considered under this project includes routing assessment for a segment currently along Wale Road and Island Highway. 

This project has been postponed indefinitely. However detailed design and phased construction will follow in future years.
