Existing Townhouse Complex

Currently, the CRHC operates Swanlea: a 14-unit townhouse development at 898 Sevenoaks Road. It was built in the mid-1980s with appropriate density for the time. 

Proposed Redevelopment

The proposed redevelopment envisions approximately 134 affordable housing units, ranging from studios to three-bedroom units in two mid-rise buildings.

This redevelopment aims to modernize density, providing the community with housing options on a future rapid-transit route, near schools, active transportation, and other amenities.

The project is estimated for completion in Q4 2028.
