This project includes upgrades to vulnerable sections of the Regional Water Supply Main No. 4 to improve resiliency. This phase of the Main No. 4 Upgrade will include the installation of approximately 2.9km of 762mm diameter welded steel pipe along Central Saanich Road and Island View Road.

This project is partially funded by a $6 million grant from Union of BC Municipalities.
