As part of the Regional Water System Transmission Main Upgrade Program, the Capital Regional District (CRD) has identified the need to replace the existing transmission water main on Central Saanich Road and Island View Rd between Mt Newton Cross Rd and Lochside Dr.

The scope of the project will include the replacement of approximately 2.9 km of water main and all service connections. The project will also include the replacement of approximately 700m of water main for the District of Central Saanich.
