    Francis/King Regional Park (Saanich) 

    Visit CRD Regional Parks Indigenous cultural programmer, Leslie McGarry, and participate in this self-guided walk to discover the cultural significance of nature and how First Peoples deeply respect and celebrate gifts from forests, rivers, lakes and the sea. 

    Meeting place: Drop by anytime between 10am and 1pm. The walk begins at the Francis/King Nature Centre off Munn Road. 

    Trail Description: 800m loop with 7 benches along the way. Boardwalk and compact gravel surfaces with slight incline. Accessible washroom available near parking lot. Wheelchair accessible and stroller friendly. We may encounter dogs in our parks. This trail requires all dogs to be on leash.
