    Family yoga is playful set in a non-competitive environment where parents and children (and caregivers) bond through yoga poses, breathing and mindfulness. Creativity, connection and fun for all ages and abilities, with activities adapted for both kids and adults.  A chance for families to enjoy active time together. Children must be 5 yrs+
    Pre-registration required. Please ensure all family members are registered as individuals. Some mats will be available to use otherwise please bring your own. Location: Panorama Fitness Studio
