    Event information

    Elk/Beaver Lake Regional Park (Saanich)

Become a nature super sleuth! Join us to explore evidence along the trail and investigate clues left behind by animals. You’ll even learn to make a plaster cast of an animal track - a fun souvenir you can take home with you.

There is no fee for this program but you must pre-register as space is limited.

Trail Description: 800m total distance. Compact surface trail with exposed tree roots. Majority of walk on gravel compact trail. May be muddy after rain events. One bench on route. Accessible washroom available near the parking lot. Wheelchair accessible and stroller friendly.

Please note: We like pets too. However, their presence can be disruptive for some folks. If you plan to attend one of our programs, please leave pets at home. Guide and service animals are, of course, welcome.
