The Juan de Fuca Land Use Committee has an elected representative from each community in the Juan de Fuca Electoral Area. The Committee members make recommendations on land use issues such as development permits, zoning, setbacks, and subdivision applications. The CRD Regional Director is the Chair of the Committee.
