Vancouver Island Regional Library (VIRL) Board of Trustees provides library services to member jurisdications.  The Juan de Fuca Electoral Area of the Capital Regional District is a member jurisdiction.  CRD Board appoints the Juan de Fuca Electoral Director and Alternate Director annually to the VIRL Board.
