SEAPARC Recreation Plan 2025-2035

The Sooke & Electoral Area Parks and Recreation Commission (SEAPARC) provides recreational opportunities to residents in the District of Sooke and a portion of the Juan de Fuca Electoral Area, including Otter Point, Shirley, Jordan River and East Sooke. 

The revised strategic plan sets priorities and focus areas for the next 10 years, focused on three overarching goals:

  1. Optimizing service delivery
  2. Optimizing existing infrastructure
  3. Investing in new recreation infrastructure
