Bikenomics - A Primer on the Economic Impact of Cycling in the Capital Region

To support multimodal infrastructure development, the CRD worked with Urban Systems to carry out a preliminary scan of the economic impact of cycling in the capital region. The 2015 report Bikenomics - A Primer on the Economic Impact of Cycling in the Capital Region shows the economic development potential of active transportation. The report provides perspective on cycling-related impacts on tourism, small business and technology sectors.
