Rainbow Road Dog Park

Salt Spring Island

The dog park, located in front of the indoor pool, in Rainbow Road Park, opened in April 2011.  This small project, which started with an idea for recreation and social interaction among both dogs and owners, has been pulled together in true community fashion.  A number of monetary, as well as in-kind, donations made this park possible – contributor plaques adorn the park’s entrance sign.
