When you join the CRD, you join a community. We invite you to learn more about us and how we can work together.
We Care about your Health and Safety
We value a workplace that's safe and secure. As an organization, this means designing, implementing, and managing our work to promote healthy and safe working conditions and attitudes as integral to everything we do.
The CRD is proud to participate in the Certificate of Recognition (COR) Program. Employers receive COR certification when they implement an occupational health and safety management system that has successfully passed an external audit and met WorkSafeBC's standards. As an employer, the CRD received COR certification in 2021 in recognition of our efforts to proactively improve workplace safety and our commitment to going above and beyond what is legally required.
Our commitment also includes a comprehensive safety plan to mitigate the spread of communicable diseases such as COVID-19, and to ensure safety is part of our corporate culture.
