Wastewater Treatment Project Completion Report

The Capital Regional District's Project Board planned, procured, and constructed the Wastewater Treatment Project over the period from May 2016 to May 2021, with federal and 
provincial government funding assistance. 

This completion report outlines activities completed by the Project to meet or exceed provincial and federal regulations, providing tertiary treatment of wastewater from the core area municipalities of Victoria, Esquimalt, Saanich, Oak Bay, View Royal, Langford and Colwood, and the Esquimalt and Songhees Nations.
