Moving and Installation

Residents or industries moving into or out of a Capital Regional District (CRD) Water Service Areas should contact the Utility Billing Division to set up or change a water service account.

Please advise us of your name, telephone number, date of move, and whether you are a tenant and if you are buying or selling the property.

Installation 

To apply for a new water connection you must come to the Billing Department at Integrated Water Services and we will assist you in making the application. It is important to note that a fee may be payable at the time the application is made. Please come prepared with an understanding of the size of service required and the location at which you would like the service installed.
